Partial outage: Portal & API errors for some users

At 11:36 PM PDT (UTC-7) on 12 Jun 2025 we began seeing elevated 5xx errors and time-outs across the Rabot Portal and API. Our investigation points to an ongoing Google Cloud Platform (GCP) network incident, which is affecting multiple regions.
